None of this would be possible without our Head Chef, Scott Paton who has paved the way, alongside his team, for the Àclèaf to be able to boast such an illustrious status of global recognition in just under three years time. Scott carefully crafts each of his seasonal menus to focus on the freshest and most sustainable ingredients, sourced locally, so that each individual that gathers around our table can experience a meal that exemplifies truth with elegance.
