A new achievement for Àclèaf
With 2021 set to be another uncertain year, to be given a moment of joy in these unpredicted times is very much welcomed and our slice of joy comes in the the way of the Michelin guide. 25th January 2021 saw this year's announcement of Michelin stars, plates and entrees and we're so thrilled that Àclèaf has been entered, after such a challenging year. With a philosophy of "truth with elegance" our 3 AA Rosette restaurant is a showcase of inventive British fare, using only the finest locally sourced ingredients and is a unique dining experience exclusive to Boringdon Hall.
Head Chef Scott Paton says "It’s an honour to be included in the Michelin guide and to be awarded a plate for our cuisine, in what’s been a tough opening year for Àclèaf having trade restricted during such dark times this gives us renewed hope and desire to get back and make happy memories for our future guests."
Àclèaf is open Tuesday - Sunday evenings where a seasonally led four-course menu is served. For more information and menus see here.
