Discover the still wines of England’s Southwest, from Devon’s rolling vineyards to Cornwall’s coastal wineries. Guided by Elly, you’ll explore key grape varieties and regional styles, learn how climate and terroir shape the wines, and pick up simple tips for tasting, as well as where to enjoy local favourites.
Saturday 27th June - Southwest Fizz and Future Classics
Spend the evening discovering the UK’s most exciting sparkling wines, from Southwest producers to emerging classics from across England.
Guided by Elly, you’ll taste elegant traditional-method fizz and modern new styles, learn what to look for when choosing a bottle, and leave with a few future favourites for your next celebration.
