Ahead of Champagne Day on the 25th October, learn how to sabrage a bottle of champagne with a sword
You get to taste a variety of champagnes to pick your favourite!
You will get to blind-taste 6 multi award-winning Champagnes (2 from small-growers, 2 from supermarkets and 2 from 'Grandes Marques' such as Laurent Perrier ... all tasted blind to discover if you can find out which is which, as well as which ones you actually prefer and why).
Your tutor, Cecile Bergart, is a Champagne Expert (as well as a Ruinart Champagne Ambassador in the UK and a judge at the International 'Glass of Bubbly' Competition) and will use her very own Champagne sword to saber your bottles as well as teach you how to saber your own!
