The GAIA MenoPAUSE treatment is designed to restore balance and ease symptoms with therapeutic touch and purposeful rituals.
The GAIA MenoPAUSE Experience
Guests are invited to a 60-minute treatment that begins with a soothing back, neck, and shoulder massage to calm the nervous system and encourage deeper rest. A cooling Jade Facial follows to rejuvenate the skin, ideal for those experiencing skin sensitivity or hormonal changes. The extended 90-minute treatment includes a balancing foot massage, gently stimulating nerve endings and uplifting mood.

A nourishing two-course lunch is served in our Spatisserie, and to aid restful sleep at home, each guest receives a GAIA Sleep gift—either the Sleep Body Butter or Sleep Spray, both worth £22.
