Join our guided Barre and Yoga classes each day over a one-night wellness escape that offers a perfectly balanced blend of gentle movement, deep rest and quiet moments of indulgence, ideal for a midweek reset.

Arrive early and ease into your stay with lunch at the Spatisserie, followed by an unhurried afternoon unwinding in the award-winning Gaia Spa. As evening draws in, enjoy expertly led wellbeing classes including Barre and Yoga. On Friday morning, begin the day with Barre and Yoga sessions followed by breakfast, rounding off a restorative break designed to support balance and calm.

Mini Retreats include:

  • One-night accommodation in a Wellness Room (Thursday arrival)

    • Barre (5.30 - 6.15pm) and Vinyasa Yoga (7.30 - 8.30pm)
  • Friday morning wellbeing classes (pre-booking essential)
    • Barre (7.15 - 8am) and Yoga Stretch (9.15 - 10am)
