Join our guided Barre and Yoga classes each day over a one-night wellness escape that offers a perfectly balanced blend of gentle movement, deep rest and quiet moments of indulgence, ideal for a midweek reset.

Arrive early and ease into your stay with lunch at the Spatisserie, followed by an unhurried afternoon unwinding in the award-winning Gaia Spa. As evening draws in, enjoy expertly led wellbeing classes including Barre and Yoga before settling down to a comforting dinner in Mayflower Brasserie. On Friday morning, begin the day with Barre and Yoga sessions followed by breakfast, rounding off a restorative break designed to support balance and calm.
