Before arrival please read the below guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit to Boringdon Hall in Devon.
APP | Before visiting, please download our app on the App store here or the Google Play Store here as this is where you can access all the information needed for your stay, including menus.
CHECK IN | Head to our app for pre-check in details (have your email address and booking reference handy.)
FACE COVERINGS | From 27th January it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face mask in public areas of the hotel and spa. Please be respectful to staff and hotel guests on their individual choice.
CASH | We are asking our guests to pay with contactless or card payments where possible. If you would like to settle your room bill with cash at the end of your stay you will be able to do so at reception.
DINING | Lunch and dinner times must be pre-booked before dining. This can be done through the app or before arrival through our reservations team.
HOUSEKEEPING | You'll have the option to opt out of daily housekeeping and turn down service

We have a planned reopening date of 17th May. We are receiving a high number of calls at the moment and we will be in contact with all bookings effected by the recent changes. Thank you for your patience whilst our teams are busy handling everyone's queries. Stay home, keep safe and see you soon.
