Join our guided yoga classes each day over a one-night escape that offers a perfectly balanced blend of gentle movement, deep rest and quiet moments of indulgence, ideal for a midweek reset.

Arrive early and ease into your stay with lunch at the Spatisserie, followed by an unhurried afternoon in the award-winning Gaia Spa. Embrace the warmth of the hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam rooms, enjoy some time out in the relaxation room, and unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Join an expertly led wellbeing yoga class to wind down the day, and if you choose to add on, settle in for a comforting dinner in Mayflower Brasserie. On Friday morning, begin the day with a Barre class, yoga stretch session and a nourishing breakfast, rounding off a restorative break designed to support balance and calm.
