We are delighted to announce that Àclèaf, our MICHELIN-Starred restaurant at Boringdon Hall, has once again been recognised by the prestigious MICHELIN Guide, earning its Star for the fourth consecutive year. This esteemed accolade is testament to the consistency and craftsmanship at the heart of Àclèaf guided by the vision and leadership of Head Chef Scott Paton.
Since receiving its first MICHELIN Star in 2023, Àclèaf has continued to follow a clear and considered ethos of truth with elegance: creating unforgettable dining experiences where each dish is carefully composed, inspired by the seasons, and crafted from the finest ingredients the South West has to offer.
