Recipes brought to life

Curated by Head Chef Scott Paton, this exceptional four-course tasting menu celebrates recipes from the Àclèaf Book, a beautifully bound keepsake documenting the journey, inspiration and culinary philosophy of Àclèaf.

With each course, guests receive a recipe card highlighting the care, technique, and craftsmanship involved in each creation. This thoughtful detail allows each dish to be experienced on a deeper level, offering the chance to savour Àclèaf’s signature flavours while discovering the story and artistry behind each plate – all enjoyed in luxurious, intimate surroundings overlooking the grandeur of the Great Hall.
